I build custom automation systems for logistics, HR and real estate teams — fixed price, 3–12 days, your data on EU servers.
A real system is already running in production — the Bratislava deployment freed its owner ~22h/week of manual coordination.
Teams like yours lose 60+ hours a month to tasks that should take seconds — roughly €1,500–2,500 in salary, before the cost of errors. Here's what that looks like:
Your dispatcher calls carriers manually. Every delay triggers a chain of panicked messages. Half the day is asking "where's the shipment?" — not moving it.
Your recruiter manually copies data from emails into rows. Good candidates ghost you because you're too slow. The best ones sign elsewhere. You'll never know how many you lost.
A prospect fills your form late at night. By morning they've already signed with someone else. The lead was yours. Your process lost it.
This is exactly what I fix. In days, not months.
Everything connected. Everything automated. Your team focuses on decisions — not data entry.
Lead intake, CV parsing, shipment updates — handled end to end on your own server. No per-task fees, no babysitting, running 24/7.
Shipments, candidates or leads — whatever you run, see it update in real time. Shareable read-only, no login for your team.
Production-grade storage in the EU. Leads, orders and records in one place — never on a third-party cloud.
Approvals, status changes and hot-lead pings straight to Telegram or WhatsApp. Nothing new for your team to learn.
A live system already running in Bratislava — plus three blueprints on the same stack.
Upholstery & carpet cleaning operation — from 22h/week of manual chaos to a fully automated order pipeline.
Booking webhook → CRM → zone-based driver assignment. Eliminates scheduling conflicts, saves 5–8h/week of manual coordination.
Status changes trigger automatic WhatsApp messages to clients. Average item storage time reduced by 5 days.
Order addresses → Google Maps geocoder → optimal courier route built automatically before each shift.
Completion trigger → Stripe invoice → auto charge or payment link. Automatic reminders if unpaid after 24h.
Live demo of the running system available on request.
Technical evaluator? Before you commit to anything, I'll share a sanitized workflow JSON and a live demo of the running system — ask for it here.

Agency figures reflect typical EU automation & system-integration project pricing and timelines — public market ranges, not numbers picked to look good.
Skip the agency overhead — work directly with the person who builds it.
Get your automation concept →No lengthy intake forms — just a few quick fields. Three clear steps, and you know the fixed price before step two ends.
You describe your business and problem and leave your WhatsApp or email. I get back to you the same day with a concept built around your exact case — not a generic template.
I map your process async — chat by default, an optional short video sync only if you want one. Within 24h you get a scope doc: what I'll build, how it works, and the exact fixed price. You approve — work starts.
I build with Loom video updates at milestones. We test together, then flip the switch. You get full docs, all credentials, Loom walkthrough. Guarantee starts now.
You own everything from day one — code, workflows and every credential. One system already live on the same stack you'd get.
Three clear packages. Fixed scope. Fixed price. You know exactly what you get before paying a cent.
Full System (€1,800) at 30h/week → payback in 17 days · saves €3,200+/mo after that.
One focused automation — eliminate the single biggest time-waster.
Complete automation system. The "it just runs" package.
Your system just works. No thinking, no downtime.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprises, no scope creep — and you own the code and the server, not me.
10,000 workflow runs/month · 5 steps each · typical EU SMB scale
| n8n (Hetzner) | Make (Pro) | Zapier (Professional) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| License cost / year | €0 (Community Edition) | ~€150–300 | ~€3,600 |
| Infrastructure / year | €120–240 (EU VPS) | Cloud only | Cloud only |
| Dev cost (one-time) | €950 | from €1,500 | from €1,200 |
| Total year 1 (TCO) | ~€1,190 | ~€1,800 | ~€4,800 |
| Per-task fees at scale | None — fixed infrastructure | Yes, per module | Yes — steep |
| GDPR compliance | Absolute (data stays in DE/EU) | Partial (cloud routing) | US servers |
| You own the code | Yes — export anytime | No | No |
Read it right: the build is a one-time cost on every option here — the real gap is recurring. n8n on your own server means €0 in license fees, no per-task charges as volume grows, and you keep the code. That's where the 12-month numbers diverge — not the build price.
Not sure which plan fits? Fill the form — I'll tell you what you actually need.
If your automation breaks within the guarantee period — I fix it for free. No questions. Quick Win: 14 days. Full System: 30 days.
I'm Maxim Bilak — an automation engineer based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
I got tired of watching businesses waste thousands of hours per year on work that a 4-node n8n workflow handles in milliseconds. So I started building those workflows.
I work exclusively with n8n — self-hosted on your instance, zero per-task fees, your data never touches a third-party cloud. You pay once for the build. Not every month for every task.
I handle communication and architecture directly — no management layers, no handoffs. When you message me, you talk to the person building your system.
You own everything from day one — the workflows, the code, the docs and every credential. Full JSON export, your own server, your own accounts. If I'm ever out, your system keeps running and any n8n developer can take over.
Everything I ship runs on production infrastructure I run myself — Hetzner (Germany), Docker, Nginx Proxy Manager — not no-code demos. One client system is already live on that exact stack; the three blueprints above run on the same one.

Everything listed in the scope document I send you before work starts. The n8n workflow, integrations, database or bot if included, error handling, EU hosting (Hetzner), Loom video walkthrough, and the free-fix guarantee period. No surprise invoices. If something takes longer than estimated on my end — that's my cost, not yours.
Fair question for a solo operator — so here's the honest answer. You own everything from day one: the n8n workflow JSON, the code, the database and all server access. Nothing is locked to me. Your system runs on your own server without my involvement, every build ships with documentation and a handover, and any n8n developer can maintain it. You're never dependent on me to keep things running.
If it involves moving, transforming, or triggering data between digital tools — almost certainly yes. Common examples: lead intake from forms or email → CRM + Telegram alert, CV parsing + candidate routing, shipment status → alerts + dashboard, invoice processing, onboarding workflows, report generation. If you're not sure — fill the form and describe it. I'll tell you what's possible and what it would cost.
Yes — that's one of the most common starting points. I rebuild your existing automations on self-hosted n8n and run the new setup in parallel with your current one, so nothing stops while we test. Once it's verified, we cut over. You keep full exports the whole way — no lock-in, no downtime. Most people switch to kill per-task fees and get their data back onto EU servers they actually control.
None. You describe the process in plain language ("every morning our manager copies orders from email into a spreadsheet") — I translate that into automation logic. After delivery you get a Loom video walkthrough and written docs in plain language. You don't need to touch the code or n8n interface at all.
Small tweaks within the guarantee period (14 or 30 days) are free. For changes after that: minor ones (under 3h) are covered by the Support plan (€250/mo). Larger changes or new features are quoted as a separate project — usually much cheaper than the original since the infrastructure is already there.
n8n supports 400+ integrations natively. Most common in my work: Telegram, WhatsApp Business API, Gmail/Outlook, Google Sheets, Airtable, PostgreSQL, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Typeform, Calendly, and most REST APIs. If a tool has an API — it can be connected. If you need something specific, ask.
Yes. You get all credentials, the n8n workflow JSON export, database access, and server access (if hosted for you). Everything that's yours, you take. If you ever want to move to a different provider or run it yourself — I'll help with that. 14-day data export guaranteed if you decide to leave.
With the Support plan (€250/mo): I fix it, usually same day. Without Support: I quote a fix on a per-issue basis — typically €50–150 depending on the issue. Third-party API changes (e.g. Telegram or WhatsApp updating their API) are covered by the Support plan since they're outside my control but I handle them anyway.
Everything runs on Hetzner servers in Germany (EU). n8n is self-hosted — your data never passes through Zapier's, Make's, or any other third-party cloud. Most US-based tools route your data through American infrastructure (subject to laws like FISA 702); here it never leaves the EU. This is a core reason I use n8n instead of SaaS tools. GDPR-compliant by design. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request, and the full setup is laid out in the Security & Data section below.
Everything runs async — WhatsApp or Telegram. I respond within 3 hours — weekdays and weekends. No mandatory calls ever. If a short video sync helps during scoping, I'll suggest it — but it's optional. Most projects complete with zero calls.
Three reasons: (1) Your data stays on your instance — Zapier and Make route everything through their cloud. (2) Zero per-task fees — Zapier charges per automation run, costs grow with volume. (3) You own the code — export it, move it, run it yourself anytime. Self-hosted n8n on EU infrastructure is the only setup that's GDPR-by-design and cost-stable at scale.
For HR and lead data especially, "GDPR-compliant" shouldn't be a sticker. Here's the actual setup behind it.
Everything runs on Hetzner in Germany. Your data physically stays in the EU — it never routes through Zapier's, Make's, or any US cloud.
Automated, encrypted daily backups. A bad deploy or a hardware fault never turns into lost orders, CVs or leads.
TLS everywhere, encryption at rest. API keys and credentials are stored encrypted — never sitting in plain text.
During the build I'm the only one with access, and it's revocable. After handover, every key and login is yours — I step out, unless you're on a retainer.
Your stack runs on your own instance — not a multi-tenant SaaS box where your data sits next to a thousand other companies'.
Full export any time, in a readable format. If you ever leave, you take the workflows, the database and the code — all of it.
Need paperwork for procurement? A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request — just ask.
Describe your process — and get a personalized automation concept back, same day. Not a generic template.
